Oceania Cruises offers access to 3G and 4G LTE cellular connectivity on board provided by Wireless Maritime Services (WMS).

You can make and receive phone calls, send and receive text messages and use other data services when the ship is at sea. You will be billed by your wireless service provider and calls or messages will appear as roaming charges on your bill. While connected to the Cellular At Sea network, international maritime roaming rates will apply.
