When a guest has made a deposit, they are given a priority position on the waitlist over those who have waitlisted without payment. We can advise guests of their position on the priority waitlist. On a confirmed (deposited or fully paid) booking with a guarantee or a confirmed stateroom, a guest can make up to 5 priority waitlist requests. On bookings without confirmed space, guests can add a deposit which will give them Priority Waitlists in up to 6 stateroom categories.
A guest’s position on the priority waitlist is determined by the date the deposit is made on the waitlist. Guests should be advised if they change the stateroom category on a Priority Waitlist booking, the will loose their position on the waitlist.
